In Järfälla, Stockholm, a new headquarters and coffee roastery for Arvid Nordquist is currently under construction. The project comprises a 16,000 m² building that combines timber and steel.

In total, the roastery’s frame consists of about 70 percent timber, while the office structure is built with up to 90 percent timber. The construction project is being carried out in collaboration between RO-gruppen and Sagax, where we at Pretec have supplied products to our customer involved in the project.

Pretec has had the privilege of delivering products such as PDS and ASDO tie rods.
