Supplier Quality Manual
Our Supplier Quality Manual outlines the requirements for selected suppliers regarding quality control. The foundation of Pretec Group’s competitiveness lies in the high quality of its products and services. Guaranteeing a high and consistent level of quality and service ensures customer satisfaction.
This document is intended as a complement and does not replace or amend the conditions covered by purchase agreements/orders. It should not be seen as the desired level of quality, but rather as a description of the minimum level of quality assurance that Pretec expects from its suppliers. Quality is our top priority and will remain one of the most important criteria when awarding new business.
Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct summarizes the shared rules and values that everyone at Pretec AB is expected to follow in order to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues, customers, business partners, and the wider community. We strive for the highest standards of ethical behavior, and these rules should guide us in every situation related to our work and operations.
We expect everyone, regardless of role, to act and represent the company in the best possible way in terms of professionalism, business ethics, and trustworthiness. We also expect all employees to uphold the highest ethical standards in their professional conduct.
