We at Pretec have had the privilege of supplying a wide range of products for the Gustava’s Square project – a new residential development of rental apartments in Älvängen, built by K-Prefab for K-Fastigheter.

The project consists of two buildings with a total of 117 apartments and is expected to be completed in spring 2026.

We are contributing several important items used throughout the construction, including threaded rods, plates, ribbed steel, washers, nuts, flat steel, brackets, sealing fibre, lifting and ring couplings, as well as plastic nails.
