Karlatornet Tower

The building is state-of-the-art and will comprise 73 floors with 590 apartments, a hotel with about 300 rooms, restaurants, a spa, a gym, and conference facilities. Karlatornet is scheduled for completion in 2024. Serneke is the main contractor, and Kone is responsible for the elevator installations.

We at Pretec are supplying welded wall brackets, rails, and custom-made divider beams for the installation of elevators. We are also providing threaded rods, nuts, and bolts.

Our welding department is certified according to EN 1090-1, and we take on both small and large projects.
