Kineum is one of the new skyscrapers in Gothenburg’s historic working-class district, Gårda.

The modern building stands 111 metres tall with 27 floors, comprising a hotel, offices, and a parking facility. NCC is the main contractor, and Kone is responsible for the elevator installations.

Pretec has supplied threaded rods, flat steel, shims, and bolts for NCC’s construction, as well as anchor channels for the elevators.

Kineum is home to the Jacy’z hotel, which occupies 14 of the building’s 27 floors. The hotel features 233 rooms, a pool club 100 metres above the ground, meeting facilities, a rooftop terrace, and several restaurants and bars.
