In Stockholm, the New Metro is being built, where several existing lines are being extended, and one entirely new line with 10 new stations is planned.

Sofia Station is being built about 100 metres underground and will be one of the deepest stations in the world. Blasting work began in March 2020, and by 2022 the excavation had reached the level where the station will be located.

Pretec is supplying ribbed steel bolts, grouting packers, as well as water and frost protection components.
