We at Pretec are very excited about the work on our new warehouse, office, and workshop hall. Pretec Sweden is making a major investment as we continue to grow and develop day by day within our industry — something we are incredibly proud of!

The new site is about three times the size of our current property, at 30,000 m², with a new building of approximately 10,000 m², located in the newly established industrial area “Västerhöjd” in Rollsbo.

The project started in February 2023, with the hope of moving in by December 2023.

All around the construction site, we see traces of our own product range — it’s incredibly exciting that we can help build our new facility from the ground up using our own products!

Products delivered include ASDO and PDS tie rods, foundation bolts, steel construction screws, and other assembly components. In addition, we are also supplying products from our Energy segment, such as foundations and charging poles for electric vehicles, as well as custom foundations adapted for our own light poles.
