In Södertälje, the property Tellus 5 is being developed, where Stadsrum Fastigheter plans to build a new hotel and conference facility of about 12,000 m².

The hotel will consist of 16 floors with a sky bar offering panoramic views of the city. Tellus is designed by Fojab and fully detailed by Arqly Sverige AB.

Pretec has had the privilege of supplying a wide range of products for the project, including welded plates, corrugated pipes, rebar couplers (female and male), ribbed steel, threaded rods, universal anchors, ball anchors, ÖK ladders, mounting plates for flat anchors, support plates, fixing plates, and other embedded components.
