Ylletråden – Mobility Hub

In the rapidly developing Hyllie district of Malmö, a mobility hub/parking garage with around 430 parking spaces is being built.

The building is expected to meet the needs of residents, visitors, and workers in the area. Construction began in March 2024 and is expected to be completed in early 2025. The developer, Parkering Malmö, has set high sustainability ambitions for the project, aiming to use materials such as climate-improved concrete, wood, and recycled steel/aluminium.

Pretec has supplied a variety of products to our customer in the project, Starka AB. These include nuts in various dimensions, neoprene, Speba 3110 deformation bearings, and custom-made threaded rods in different sizes and dimensions.
